A row of modern shop offices built from the ground up, delivered on programme with a clean, durable facade and flexible floor plates.
The developer needed repeatable, buildable units with a durable facade and a handover that tenants could fit out immediately. We managed structure, services and finishes under one programme, with weekly progress reporting.
