About the project
A dated double-storey home reworked with a new facade, an open-plan ground floor and a timber-clad feature wall, finished with new landscaping.
The owners wanted more light and a stronger street presence without moving out for a year. We phased the works so the family could stay in part of the house, replaced the facade with composite panels and timber cladding, and opened the ground floor into one connected living, dining and kitchen space.
