How do I get a quotation?
Send us the project details through the form or WhatsApp. We will arrange a site visit, then prepare an itemised quotation with scope, programme and payment stages.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes. We offer design coordination, construction and interior work under one team, so there is one point of contact from first sketch to handover.
What areas do you cover?
We mainly work in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, and consider projects further afield case by case.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A focused interior refresh can take two to three months, while a new landed home usually takes ten to twelve. We give you a programme with the quotation.
Do you offer a warranty after handover?
Yes. We provide a defects liability period after handover and respond quickly to any issues. Exact terms are confirmed in your contract.
